The official website of the Basic Court of Mitrovica should be regularly updated and the translated content should be improved;

Documents published on the website should be translated into the official languages;

Create a new court e-mail where court users could send their questions and requests;

Hire or appoint a new officer to accept and respond only to requests from court users.
