The court should have a public information office with a staff of 2-3 people, rather than just one public information officer;

The court should organize a public awareness campaign about the official website of the court, so that citizens are informed exactly what services/information they can get through it. Local media and organizations should be used to organize and lead this campaign;

Lawyers and/or citizens should be able to be information about the status of their case using the number assigned to each case, through the official website of the Court;

Maintenance of the Court's Facebook page: Facebook posts should be made in other languages, not only in Albanian. In the bio of this page the link must send visitors directly to the website of the Court rather than that of the KJC, as this complicates access for citizens;

The range of services that can be performed online must extend to: session invitations, submission of complaints, requests, prescriptions, etc.
